Frequently Asked Questions — Stoke Factory
Can I bring my own rafts, umbrellas, coolers, food, or drinks to Stoke Factory?
Guests are welcome to bring as much bottled water as they’d like. However, outside food, drinks (other than water), coolers, rafts, floaties, umbrellas, chairs, and other recreational equipment are not permitted inside the Aqua Park area at Stoke Factory.
Guests are welcome to bring:
- Bottled water
- Towels
- Change of clothes
- Sunglasses
- Personal items
- Waterproof phone cases
- Small personal belongings
Our onsite snack shack offers drinks, snacks, and ice cream for guests visiting the Aqua Park and other attractions at Stoke Factory in New Braunfels.
Are outside food and drinks allowed at Stoke Factory?
Guests are welcome to bring as much bottled water as they’d like. However, outside food, drinks (other than water), and coolers are not permitted in the Aqua Park area.
You may bring towels, a change of clothes, sunglasses, and other small personal items. If you’d like something to eat or drink during your visit, the Snack Shack offers cold drinks, snacks, and food for purchase.
Guests can purchase:
- Cold drinks
- Snacks
- Ice cream
- Refreshments
from the Aqua Park Snack Shack onsite.
What is the minimum age for the Aqua Park?
The Aqua Park at Stoke Factory is designed for guests ages 6 and older.
Children under 6 years old are not permitted on the inflatable Aqua Park obstacles. However, younger children and non-participating guests may still be able to purchase swim access when available.
All participants must:
- Wear an approved life vest
- Follow lifeguard instructions
- Have a completed waiver on file
Aqua Park Rules & Safety Guidelines
Safety is a top priority at Stoke Factory. All guests must follow posted rules and lifeguard instructions while enjoying the Aqua Park and swimming areas.
Important Rules
- Waivers are required for all participants
- Swim attire must be worn
- Life vests are required at all times while in the water
- Rough housing, pushing, and unsafe behavior are prohibited
- Guests must follow all staff and lifeguard instructions
- Management reserves the right to refuse service
Outside Items Not Allowed
The following items are not permitted:
- Outside food and drinks (bottled water is allowed)
- Coolers
- Floaties or swim toys
- Umbrellas
- Lawn chairs
- Personal rafts
Seating Information
General admission seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
VIP seating areas are reserved for VIP party and cabana guests.
Can spectators or non-participants enter the Aqua Park area?
Yes. Spectators and non-participating guests are welcome to visit Stoke Factory and enjoy the atmosphere, seating areas, food options, and family-friendly environment.
Swimming and attraction access may require a separate admission pass.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes. Life vests are required and provided for Aqua Park participants to help maintain a safe environment for all guests.
Can I rent paddleboards at Stoke Factory?
Yes. Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are available for rent for $10 per hour per board, subject to availability.
Are outside food or drinks allowed for parties?
Bottled water is welcome. Otherwise, outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for birthday cake or cupcakes. Ice cream and confetti are not allowed.
Can additional guests be added to Cable or Paintball parties?
Yes. Additional participants may be added.
Can guests attend parties without participating?
Yes. Spectators are welcome to attend and enjoy the park environment.
What competition divisions are available?
Divisions include Novice/Kids, Intermediate, Expert, and Wakeskate.
How are competitors judged?
Beginner Wakeboard: Wakeboard: 50% Sliders / 30% Kickers / 10% Ollie Tricks / 10% Composition (Remember many of the beginners are not doing any sliders or kickers yet.)
Amateur Wakeskate: 35% Sliders / 35% Kickers / 20% FlatsTricks / 10% Composition
Novice Wakeboard: 40% Sliders / 40% Kickers / 10% Ollie & Air Tricks / 10% Composition
Intermediate Wakeboard: 35% Sliders / 35% Kickers / 20% Ollie & Air Tricks / 10% Composition
Advanced / Pro Wakeboard: 30% Sliders / 30% Kickers / 30% Air Tricks / 10%
Composition
Pro Wakeskate: 20% Sliders / 25% Kickers / 35% Air Tricks / 20% Composition
Advanced / Pro Wakeboard percentages have changed to match world series percentages, the risk for kickers is far higher than rail hits. While riders may not get their exact hit on a rail, they rarely fall. Features only highlights rails and then kickers, traditional is held to showcase the most well rounded riders through all three disciplines and now composition has also been raised to verify the strength of the overall run.
Are there age restrictions for competition?
Yes. Competitors must be at least 6 years old to participate.
Is there a minimum riding age?
The minimum riding age is 6 years old. The event is designed to be fun, encouraging, and beginner friendly.
Can players walk in without reservations?
Reservations are required to guarantee play time.
Does Blaster Park host birthday parties?
Yes. Blaster Park offers party packages for birthdays and group events.
What is the minimum age for paintball?
Participants must be at least 10 years old to play paintball.
What is required to participate in paintball?
All players must complete a signed liability waiver. Players under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Shoes must be worn at all times while playing.
How does the paintball experience work?
Players attend a safety briefing, receive rental equipment, and learn game rules before entering the arena. Referees supervise all games to ensure safety and fair play.
Can players bring personal paintball equipment?
Yes, personal markers are allowed. However, outside paintballs are not permitted.
What should players wear for paintball?
Active athletic clothing and pants are recommended. All players must wear shoes. Bare feet are not allowed.
Do players need a group to participate?
Blaster Park welcomes individual players, groups, and teams.
What is the maximum player capacity?
Maximum field capacity is 30 players at one time.
